Tail of the Lake will take place on Sunday, October 1st, 2017! Tail of the Lake Regatta is sponsored by Holy Names Academy and Lake Union Crew.
Tail of the Lake is the one of the first Seattle area head race of the fall rowing season. Held on beautiful Lake Union in downtown Seattle, the city skyline provides the backdrop for the 4K course. From the vantage point of Gas Works Park at the north end of Lake Union, racers remain in view of spectators from start to finish – an uncommon occurrence in head racing – making this regatta fun for fans and rowers alike.
The regatta is comprised of 3 flights and offers categories for junior, open, and masters rowers.
