SCHEDULES TO FIT YOURS
- Mornings M/W/F 8:00 – 9:30 am OR
- T/Th evening 6:30 – 8 pm and Sat. morning 9:30 – 11am
- Every class includes 12 sessions
- $229 for the 12 sessions
CLASS OVERVIEW
Designed for individuals that have little to no rowing experience or background, the famous Lake Union Crew Learn to Row program is offered year around. This 4-week experience includes:
- Fun and fitness on the water, rain or shine
- Indoor training instruction on the ergometer (indoor rowing machine)
- Boat handling, launching and maneuvering
- Breakdown of the rowing stroke and expert tips on improving your technique
- Experienced coaching, 3 sessions per week
- Entry level classes to prepare you for one of our year-round programs
CLASS OUTCOMES
At the conclusion of the Learn to Row program, you’ll be fully prepared to enter into one of our many year-around morning or evening programs to continue your training. You’ll be able to mix and match your sessions to suit your schedule and get on the water as much as you want!
Further, you’ll have learned everything you need to know to get a full body workout each and every time you set foot in the boat. And best of all, because you are on the water and surrounded by a team of new, interesting people, you’ll be motivated (dare we say thrilled!) to attend as much you can, helping you achieve your fitness goals.
