Saturdays from 7:30-8:30am with Chris Hansen.

Meet Chris Hansen:

Chris

Exercise has been an integral part of Chris’ life. Not only does it keep him physically fit, it gives him a mental break from a hectic day. With a Master’s degree in Human Movement and Performance he understands how exercise affects the body’s different physiological systems. From this knowledge he is able to tailor specific exercise programs for a wide range of individuals, from the extremely athletic to special population groups. Chris believes you should approach exercise with fun, focus and consistency.

Cross Training Class

Wednesdays 12:00-12:45

Coach Dmitry has a weekday lunch fitness class that you’re all invited to. The purpose of this workout is to aid primary rowing muscles in recovery by engaging stabilizer muscles and circulating the lymphatic system. He says “you get out what you put in, no excuses!” Bring your water bottle.

Yoga

Saturdays from 8:45-9:45  

Bring your own mat and stretch it out! we get long and strong with our yoga Guru, Michele. She’s coached many a rower into being able to touch their toes and beyond (headstands or handstands anyone?) and we’re lucky to have her and her fabulous Ashtanga teachings.
