Exercise has been an integral part of John’s life. With a background in fitness training for more than 35 years and being a competitive body builder for 20 years, let’s just say he’s passionate about the lifestyle and enjoys sharing it with others. John is ACSM certified and believes you should approach exercise with fun, focus and consistency.

Bring your own mat and stretch it out! we get long and strong with our yoga Guru, Michele. She’s coached many a rower into being able to touch their toes and beyond- headstands or handstands anyone? We’re so lucky to have her and her fabulous Ashtanga teachings.
